You know that feeling when you're finally ready to move on from something?
Maybe it's a relationship, maybe it's a job, or maybe it's a bad habit. Whatever it is, you're done. You're over it. You're ready to let go. But for some reason, you just can't seem to do it. Why is that?
The answer is simple: you're holding onto something that's no longer serving you. It might be something that you're comfortable with, or something that's familiar. But whatever the case may be, it's time to let it go.
Think about it like this: if you were driving your car and suddenly realized that you were going in the wrong direction, would you keep going? Of course not! You would turn around and head in the right direction. The same is true for your life.
If you're heading down a path that isn't taking you where you want to go, it's time to turn around and head in a new direction.
One of the hardest things to do in life is let go of something that we're attached to. But once we realize that holding onto something is only slowing us down, we can begin to move on. So ask yourself, what are you holding onto that isn't serving you? What's slowing you down?
What riles you up? And anything else that gets in the way of you being the best you can be. Once you identify those things, it's time to let them go. Trust me, you'll be much better off without them.
